FAQ

How much can I earn?

The income will depend on many different factors. Location, standard, number of bedrooms, facilities, etc. The number of days per year that are available for rental will also affect it, and some destinations are affected by the season. We can help you with an estimate.

Can I use my own cabin?

All of our rental units have their own unique "My Page", which you have access to. You decide when you want to rent out, and you manage it yourself in the calendar for your cottage. With us, there is no requirement for a certain number of days per year. Whether you want 1 or 365 days available for rental, you decide entirely for yourself.

What happens once the property is booked?

You will receive an email from us when your property is booked. You can always go to your "My Pages" to view your rental overview.

Do I have to pay taxes?

There is no tax on the first 10,000 kroner you earn from renting out your property. Over this amount, 85 percent of the excess amount is taxed as taxable income. The tax rate is 22 percent in 2022 and 2023. Information at: www.skatteetaten.no

Do you notify the tax authorities of the rental income?

No, you must report your rental income from leisure property yourself. www.skatteetaten.no

Termination of the rental agreement?

Everyone should be satisfied - that's why all contracts have only a 1-month notice period. If you are not satisfied with our services, you can terminate whenever you want!
