The apartment is all on one level and is located on the ground floor of Kikut Alpin Lodge, which was newly built and completed in December 2022. Very convenient for one or two families with children who can send their kids straight out to the ski slopes in winter. In the summer, there are great hiking trails, lakes, hunting, and fishing right outside.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Wifi and a smart TV are installed.
The location is impeccable. It is right by the Kikut lift, offering ski in/out access. It is also a short distance to the nearest cross-country ski trail. In the summer, there are great hiking trails right outside.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining table and seating for 8 people, a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, stove, and oven.
The living room is furnished with a sofa, Smart TV, and a gas fireplace that provides warmth to the room on cold winter days.
In the hallway, there is plenty of space to hang clothes, and you also have access to your own ski storage with space for skis, poles, boots, and helmets. Indoor parking in a heated garage. From the living room, you have access to a ground-level terrace. The terrace has four comfortable chairs and a gas grill.
The apartment has two bathrooms with a shower and toilet, as well as a combined washer and dryer in the main bathroom.
Bedroom 1 - has a double bed of 160 cm with ample storage space in drawers under the bed.
Direct access to a private bathroom.
Bedroom 2 - has a family bunk bed with a double bed of 150 cm on the bottom and 90 cm on top, with good storage space in drawers under the bed.
