Our new tiny houses feature a minimalist design and are of high quality. The houses were designed in Estonia by the architects behind Kodasema. All cabins are identical and aligned in a row but do not have a view of each other. This is cabin 1, the farthest in the picture above the cabins. The house consists of 2 rooms: living room/bedroom/kitchen, and a bathroom. The house has 1.5 floors with a double bed in the loft, which serves as the main bedroom. There is a window that can be opened with a view of the mountains behind, but you also have a prime view of the sea from the double bed up there. The house feels very airy and comfortable with its almost 4-meter ceiling height in the living room. The bathroom is small but practical and elegant. The kitchen is equipped for 4 people, with an under-counter refrigerator, a cooktop with 2 induction plates, and a dishwasher. There is only a cooktop in the kitchen, no oven. There is also a comfortable sofa bed in the living room if you prefer to sleep there. Extra pillows and duvets are available in the living room dresser for guests using the sofa bed. The cabins offer spectacular views of Moskenesstraumen, the world's most powerful tidal current. Å is the last stop in Lofoten and one of the oldest fishing villages in Lofoten. It is a perfect place to explore this southernmost part of Lofoten. Here, you live close to the sea and the wild and beautiful nature of Lofoten. Please note that there is a narrow electric pole quite close to this house, which some may find unappealing and obstructing a small part of the view. The price is therefore lower for this cabin than for the other houses as compensation! However, we find that most guests do not consider it a hindrance. Everything in Lofoten is a bit rugged and untouched, including the infrastructure. Dogs are allowed in this cabin (number 1) but are not allowed in the second floor, on the bed, or on the sofa. Not reccommended for children under 12 as the top floor is not secured.
